1. Parties & Subject
This Agreement is concluded between Vocabees Academy ('Platform') and the User purchasing educational packages. The subject is the online delivery of language tutoring sessions.
2. Service Usage & Expiration
Purchased session credits must be used within the specified validity period (usually 30 days). Expired credits are non-refundable and cannot be carried over.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made up to 5 hours before the scheduled session are completely free. For cancellations made less than 5 hours before, the deduction of the credit is strictly subject to the Teacher's approval.
4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection laws regarding digital content that begins immediately upon purchase, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once a package is activated and a session is booked.
5. Secure Payments & Pricing
All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Prices are stated in Turkish Lira (TL) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Packages are activated immediately upon successful payment.
6. Prohibited Actions
Unauthorized recording of sessions, sharing account details, or attempting to bypass the platform for private payments with teachers is strictly prohibited and leads to account termination.
